Nick is a PhD candidate in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning focusing on local public finance and housing markets. Previously, he was as an economic development official in Detroit and conducted research on urban transitions and infrastructure development in South and Southeast Asia. He has Master of City Planning from MIT and a BA from Yale University. His projects have been sponsored by the Kresge Foundation, Ford Foundation, Hudson Weber Foundation, and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
